We firmly believe that providing the best care for children is achieved through close co-education with parents, we view our relationship as a partnership. We prioritize exchange, transparency, and communication.

How we communicate with parents:

Good communication is vital for a strong parent-child-team collaboration on a daily basis. To facilitate this, we use a communication platform where parents can share important information that each member of the educational team can refer to.

The moments of drop-off and pick-up are precious opportunities for the educational team and parents to establish a connection regarding the child's care. We aim for educational transparency by informing parents about their child's day during departure, sharing key information and observations. This exchange also provides an opportunity for parents to ask questions or provide us with important updates.

Life changes can sometimes disrupt children (such as moving, a new pregnancy, family issues, separation, or others). It can be helpful for us to be informed about these changes so that we can adjust our care accordingly.

In addition to these moments, scheduled meetings take place with parents to discuss their child's development within our facility. These meetings are based on observations and input from the educational team, providing a comprehensive overview of the child's progress. The meeting involves a team member, the child's parents, and possibly a member of the management. The content of the meeting is documented professionally.
